DALE H CREACH,
Interim President & CEO, Chairman, ABC Laboratories Board of Directors
Serving as interim President and CEO since August 2011, Dale H. Creach joined the ABC Laboratories Board of Directors in 1992 and has served as Chairman of the Board since 2003. Mr. Creach is President Emeritus of MFA Oil, a corporation of over 1,500 employees with sales volume of $1.3 Billion, which he joined in 1967 and served as President from 1981 to 2003. A long-standing member of the mid-Missouri business community, Mr. Creach serves on the board of directors of a number of organizations including Columbia Insurance Group, the Landrum Company (bank holding company), and the University of Missouri Jefferson Club, and is a member of the Missouri Institute of Cooperatives (MIC) Hall of Fame.

JOHN D. BUCKSATH,
Sr. Vice President & General Manager, CMC Development Services
Mr. Bucksath joined ABC Laboratories as a chemist in 1989, and has since held positions of increasing management responsibility within the company. John was responsible for the start-up of the company's pharmaceutical CGMP Analytical Services group in the mid-1990s, and became Head of Operations in 2003. In 2006, John was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, and in 2008 was named General Manager of the company's Pharmaceutical Division. Mr. Bucksath earned a B.A. in Biology with a Chemistry and Education minor from Central Methodist University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

G. SCOTT WARD,
Sr. Vice President & General Manager, GLP & Synthesis Services
Mr. Ward joined ABC Laboratories in January of 1998, and was responsible for the successful consolidation and revitalization of ABC's chemical services operations. Between 2003 and 2007, Scott was responsible for developing ABC's administrative functions, including Human Resources, IT and Purchasing, and oversaw the company's contractual and legal concerns. Prior to joining ABC, he held various management and laboratory positions with Toxikon Environmental Sciences, Hunter/Environmental Sciences & Engineering, EG&G/Springborn Bionomics Marine Research Laboratory and Texas A&M University Department of Biology. Mr. Ward received a B.S. in Biology from Texas A&M University and completed graduate coursework at the University of West Florida.

KRISTEIN KING,
Vice President, Strategy and Workforce Development
Ms. King is responsible for directing broad corporate initiatives related to corporate strategy, marketing, talent management and communications. Prior to joining the company in 2006, Kristein worked as an independent consultant, providing strategic direction and communications expertise to a variety of industries. Clients included Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, Fiserve, First Trust Corporation and dozens of small and mid-sized businesses. Until 1996, Kristein held various marketing, creative and management positions with Great-West Life & Annuity in Denver, Colorado. Ms. King earned a B.S. in Journalism from the University Of Missouri School of Journalism and a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

TROY DEVAULT,
Vice President, Corporate Services
Mr. DeVault joined ABC in 2006 to oversee the construction and transition into our new pharmaceutical development facility. Having successfully accomplished that task in late 2008, Troy assumed responsibility the company's corporate service functions, including Information Systems, Metrology, Facilities, Procurement, Materials Management, and the Project Planning Office. His operations and management experience also includes manufacturing, human resources, health and safety and cost accounting. Prior to joining ABC, Troy served as Director of North American Operations, Linings Division with Vesuvius USA, Inc. a manufacturer of refractory products, glass, carbon paste and precast shapes serving the steel industry. Troy also has held manufacturing and production executive positions with A.P. Green Industries, Inc. and National Refractory and Minerals Corporation. Troy earned a B.S. in Operations Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
