Our team has developed and validated in-house proprietary methods for amino acid analysis, as well as hundreds of client-proprietary methods under CGMP-compliant conditions and follow ICH guidelines; and we have extensive experience in biomarker analytical development, validation and pre-IND immunoassay method optimization and validation.

State-of-the-Art Instrumentation

ABC has invested in the latest platform--electrochemiluminescence (ECL) by Meso Scale Discovery--which opens the door to hundreds of methods to provide a wider range of analysis.We also offer the traditional SpectraMax® Plus384 platform for conventional ELISA modes of detection (UV, fluorescence, chemiluminescence and polarized light). This platform creates a much more sensitive, robust ELISA method with greatly improved selectivity.
